This is a representation of their concept not the game itself. I am very cautious with these presentations. Look what happened with watch dogs 1. Bioware is famous for their downgrades. Andromeda was a true lackluster.

How Will Sony Compete With Project Scorpio At E3 2017?
Provide a better library of exclusive games like they always do.
Provide a better diverse library of indie games and Japanese games like they always do.
Provide a wider game library to all audiences like they always do.
Every company show off something that takes years in development. Anyone expects a release next day when the game is presented in E3? This is a show for investors so these developers and publishers get money for their projects. It is a place where they collect money for the franchise and a projection of things to come. Some speculation is likely to happen. Down the road people could see if the game reaches the goal or simply fall short with the expected initial goal.
Scorpio proved to have a heavy hardware, no doubt about that. There are many multi platforms available to test such power.
HOWEVER, MICROSOFT, without exclusives I simply stay with PC. People purchases consoles for the respective exclusives. If Scorpio doesn't have a good library why should I purchase a good console in the last quarter of this generation?
No they don't, Sony shown enough and they have plenty to develop. It is Microsoft who needs to show something new in order to capture market share. Xbox scorpio has power but without games that is simply an empty Halo box. Why should I invest money on a new console that barely holds just one brand.

Four years took the development of Horizon Zero. It was a less ambitious project with a good budget of about 60 million dollar average. However this game had a almost 2.5 times the budget and there is no coherent round product. There are improvement on details and there are bakers spending money over this crowdfunded game without complete round up results.

I wanted to purchase this one since these types of games have a lot of potential. After the PVP reduction of players, no private servers, the inability to choose maps and settle teams like many multi player games and the repetition of many reskinned assets made me look elsewhere.
I'm not going to pre order. I'm going to wait six months and see reviews, youtube and complete evaluations. I stopped trusting bungie long time ago.
