The only thing for Vita only owners is the games being free.
We were given all the Crash's and Resident Evil games from the PS1 for free along with Syphon Filter and many more.
I just followed the instructions someone gave and redownloaded them all onto the PS3, didnt install them but transfered them across onto my Vita using content manager :)
They already have and my Vita has already been blessed with all the games you mentioned for free thanks to PS+!

I think its due to how much money they make back on projects. I dont think any of the UK studios have done as well as MM this gen.
Wipeout was big some gens ago, but not sure if that still is the case and Evolution never made a MS as successful as their 1st.

Looks like you do not understand the concept or point of this game and the purpose of this beta.
As explained in English in a recent interview posted here on n4g, the purpose of the beta is to see how the eve online connection works, if there are any problems, how the 2 coming together react.
