Microsoft isn't going to downgrade the games on the series x, their going to downgrade on the xbox one. Just look at the witcher 3 on the switch. In no way is the switch CPU or GPU powerful...
I use xcloud, I really like xcloud, however I most certainly do not want game streaming to be the only way to game. It's a fantastic option to have, and as of recently an option that I more find attractive than not having. But I would never want streaming only. I accept digital, I still own and can install, I refuse to not have any for of physical ownership

The xbox wasn't a failure it just came in late and was more of an experiment, the 360 was a success, yeah the one launch was fubar but ms learned a hug lesson and they've definitely made some nice moves. Especially with game pass.

Most people work close to 50 hrs or more a week. Done it for years myself. Video game crunch isn't no different than any other type of work that requires that many hours and coding is definitely a ton easier than someone in the medical field has it. That's life and as a game developer you get paid very well, more than most that work that many hours or more. All I have to say is cry babies!
I don't care about who has more power, all I care about after buying into the mid gen upgrades after the underpowered ogx1 release is having an underpowered console. Pro is weaker than x, but it isn't underpowered. The og x1 was underpowered, mostly because of the osram, but it was and is an issue that made severe issues in performance and graphics happen.
Stable 60 and better lod is my must. Can care less about who has more grass and better tree away, hardly notice that ...
There's only 20games or so on stadia right now, a game pass type subscription is currently pointless

You neglected to mention that you only get 4k hdr with the pro model and that at this time none of the stadia games are able to run at 4k

Remote play has not been free for years! You needed to spend a couple hundred on a portable console for it to even be an option
I've been using it since it became an open beta for all insiders, it works great. Most of the time there isn't noticable lag at all.
