Well I own quite a few of them myself, however I still subscribed because of the plethora of games on the service that I dont own and would generally not buy to begin with because of budget. However the value is there, you just have to not be selfish or entitled

I have to disagree, because if you have a 4k tv with a pro or a 1x then you'd know that its more than just marginal. If you take a game like ghost recon it's nearly night and day.

Agreed, hdr is the bigger upgrade than 4k imo. The clearness of 4k is nice, but hdr can take a muddy looking game like ghost recon on xbox one and make it vibrant and alive like on the s and x
I can't wait. The last two were fantastic, this franchise has made a real rebound

Well shenmu 2 was on og xbox.... shenmu 1 was on dreamcast which was a windows machine as much as it was a Sega. So the lineage is there....

It's a great service. You get the games for a very long time and games are constantly being added.
A demo/trial gives you a level or an hour or two, game pass gives you months. If you can't see the value in it then you're either not a fan of xbox and think anything that ms does is wrong, you've never traded in a game after a couple months or after you've beaten it, or you're just daft. Microsoft does need to invest in more studios, however they've had other misgivings to fix over the last 3 years so money was most likely spent on those issues. Personally I'm happy with my x1s and x. I like the games, online, interface, and the added fact I didn't have to spend another 800 on 2 uhd players is a plus.
