It's called an OPINION. The game itself is terrible compared to the Spiderman 2, which till this day can't be matched. The game literally plays itself...push the button on screen and the rest is taken care of. You cling on to THIN AIR when webbing around, and the animations are beyond atrocious, way to fast and unfinished. They went backwards in design completely. Unless you're 12-15 yrs old..you can't take this game seriously.
Don't bother, games absolute garbage.

Downpour was damn good, IMO. Really kept the SURVIVAL aspect intact, not to mention the atmosphere and some insanely good environmental design.
I don't get his logic, so Japanese developers should change their tastes to solely appeal and please westerners? If anything we need LESS action/shooters. (just look how Capcom destroyed Resident evil) Sure, some will have to to gain more market/sales...but we need variety and balance. They still need to appeal to their own tastes/race..lol..
I think Kojimas Ego is rather big these days, to each their own..he is continuously making his own race look bad and blowing this ...

well it is, it plays no different..except for a few minor additions. Frankly it's a little disappointing to see 343 do little to evolve the gameplay aspect of it. Don't get mad if others want change in the formula. While campaign is sure to be A LOT better going by what we know, the Multiplayer is the same old.

Biggest load of shit i've read. It's a 3rd person shooter, what did you expect? The game isn't even that long, you must have died too many times and due to the unskippable cutscenes, felt like it dragged on...
IMO, downpour brings back that horror and scare..it's an amazing game. It stays true to it's roots. For those who are on the fence about it, give it a shot, trust me!

what, too hard for you? the game has weight, unless you enjoy rockstars games like red dead and GTA...you won't find much satisfaction in max payne 3. I for one love the realism, thanks to the animations and phsyics system (rage engine)

Noticed that according to the reviewers who downplay the game, it's TOO hard for them. IMO, that's the part of what makes the game so good, it's ditches that simplistic casual crap we see in every other 3rd person shooter. I will admit, there is a learning curve for the controls tho!
