Secondly, I gave my opinion on something that I have played. I am a halo fan so there may be some inherent bias but there is a huge difference in hating something you haven't even tried.
You say you will wait to try it for yourself before you make a decision... That is what I already did. I already played the beta and said what I thought of it.

definitely still feels like halo but with some welcome additions. I have been a halo fan since Halo CE and I can say that this game is just as competitive as previous installments. Can't wait for the actual game
I am incredibly surprised by the game. It is SO good. It still feels very much like halo but also has some very cool new features. I can not wait to play the final game
I just played 2 games and I have to say it is amazing. Definitely has that halo feel (I have been a fan since halo CE).
I would recommend the recon control scheme for anyone who has played a lot of halo. It maps the ADS to the right stick. It makes the ADS not an issue at all. You can do it with any weapon but it just feels similar to zooming in with a battlerifle or other zoom weapon. Still feels very halo. If you stay zoomed in you will lose
I think you are trying a little too hard to downplay this game because people are getting excited about it.
I am not happy with the launch of the MCC but, as immorals pointed out, it is 5 engines in one game. It was also fixed rather quickly. I just wish driveclub could have been fixed as quickly... then again, they should probably start by fixing the gameplay. Its pretty though
at first I was not happy about it but now I am ok with it. It turns out that there is no damage reduction for hip fire. It is going to be a click in the right stick kind of thing for when you want to line up the right shot... similar to zooming in with a battle rifle
I just don't get why everyone says people should add IMO all the time. Do people not understand what is an opinion and what is not? Do we really need to start labeling what is an opinion?

yeah... but it is STILL too quick to judge the order. The people who said it was terrible are just as ridiculous as people who act like it is the best game ever made.
It is too early to come to any conclusions yet. It is fine to be excited or pessimistic, I just wish people wouldn't act like they have already made up their minds one way or the other.

Most of the games you listed are much longer than 14 hours or whatever this game will be. The game might be wonderful, but paying 60 dollars for 14 hrs of entertainment is ridiculous. People are right to not be happy with only having single player (and no co-op) when it is just a quick linear game. Your examples are like saying Skyrim was only single player... it had hundreds of hours of entertainment. If you don't see the difference than you are blind.
to be fair they did title the article "Street Fighter gameplay shows of PS4 potential." I don't know who would be impressed by these graphics but the author seems to think they show what the PS4 can do. I personally think the PS4 can do MUCH better than this... I hope the final product has better visuals
Yeah I don't understand why someone would buy it. Don't get me wrong, the game looks beautiful and I am sure the story is great... but why spend 60 bucks on 10 hours of gameplay? You can just rent it or borrow it from a friend
I have to agree with you. The Order has better graphics to me. Of course uncharted still looks great and the gameplay will be top notch
the game looks really fun but I think the order actually looks better. Of course this was a low quality stream. maybe seeing it in HD will let me make a better decision
I agree that sometimes linear is good. The problem is if the game is linear and there is no co-op or multiplayer. It cuts down on the replayability.
Definitely too soon to tell one way or the other. People should consider this video just a teaser for whatever they will show at playstation experience
It looks beautiful but what part of the game looks open? I may have missed something but I don't know if I saw what you are talking about... still looks gorgeous though
edit: I bet we will see plenty tomorrow. We will get a better idea of how this game is!
edit: @ foxtrot (below). Yeah I'm not saying your wrong... but those looked like scripted events. For example, there was an open room where the player is on the balcony... but then there is a script...
yeah. I haven't had any problems getting matches in the last week either. I think some of it might be region based though because it seems some people are still having issues.
I have not problems finding a game but its still not perfect. They need to bring back other playlists and some playlists are more difficult than others to find a game.
The game is amazing though. I am trying to split my time between MMC and farcry and it is difficult. I love playing...
ADS is with right stick. I went ahead and watched another of this guys videos. There is a remake of midship called truth. It looks absolutely beautiful. In that game he changes some of his control settings and you can see the control scheme.
I am fine with sprint. It didn't break halo 4 (although halo 4 had other problems) and so far I think 343 is doing a good job updating the game without removing the feel of halo
yeah sunset was awesome. I mean its no knack but its still good.
