I came in here to say the same thing. That game was amazing. If your a hardcore shadowrun fan expecting a shadowrun game you probably won't enjoy it. But if you want to play one of the best fps ever made you should pick it up. It was an extremely underrated game. It is completely different than all of the standard fps games with the same worn out mechanics that there are today
Isn't there a pretty serious lag when streaming the ps4 when it's not on the same wifi? Maybe that is why it isn't a feature for the xbox at the moment
It is rumored that the studio behind State of Decay is making an MMO which is financed by microsoft. I personally would love to see what that company can create given the proper financial backing
Is anyone really going to play this? I feel like gamers are finally saturated with call of duty. I passed on battlefield hard line and the last call of duty. I am so tired of the same old formula. If this is coming out at the end of the year I will be playing battlefront and halo 5 instead

I completely agree with you. Everyone hear is arguing about marketing rights for some reason and no one is paying attention to the actual game.
What is the point of these vehicles if you can't actually drive them? I am excited for this game but it seems like they may be making some choices that I don't agree with
yeah... while you might not personally be saying that naughty dog is omnipotent... there are SO MANY people on N4G that consider naughty dog to be the second coming

yes I bought battlefield 4. I had sold my 360 when I bought my X1 and didn't have battlefield 3 anymore. It would have been a great purchase, had the game actually worked at launch. I still enjoyed the game a lot and am happy that I purchased it.
Also, even if buying battlefield 4 was a bad idea (hypothetically), that doesn't make buying hardline any better.

I am in the same boat as you. I am not gonna buy a game simply because it is in a franchise that I enjoy. The beta was very derivative of battlefield 4. I refuse to give them money for putting a new skin on an old game
Exact same thing for me. I was really excited about it and then I saw the publisher is going to nickle and dime gamers.
The crappy thing is, is that the game is honestly really good. The game was given to me as a gift. My wife had preordered it for me when I was talking about how awesome it was going to be a few months before release. I have been playing it and really enjoying myself but I don't blame anyone for not getting it.
Pretty sure they are saving the gameplay for E3
Got to agree with you. As an X1 owner, this is the first game to make me want a PS4. Don't get me wrong, I love uncharted and the sony exclusives. I played a ton of them on my PS3... but the PS4 has had a lot of mediocre titles.
Looks like this might be the start of turning the tide. I knew it would be good but the reviews have exceeded my high expectations. Glad to see that it is such a great game
I agree. There better be third person for 2 reasons:
1. worked great in the original battlefront games
2. I want to be able to look at those beautiful star wars character models
Even if it does make it more difficult to develop for the ps4, doesn't it make it super easy to port from PC? The x1 and ps4 already use different APIs and making a PC version is currently labor intensive. Wouldn't it be easier to make a ps4 version and then a PC/x1 version.? I'm no expert do someone please explain

That's great that you judge games for yourself but it seems like you might have bad taste or some bias because those games were not great. Yes I understand that game reviews are subjective but if we are going to have the conversation we should base the subjective merit of a game on objective data... Perhaps a mean of all review scores. Your review of the games are much higher than what is generally thought they deserved
I have to agree with septic. Bloodborne is the first ps4 game that makes me want to get a ps4. I had to decide between an x1 and ps4 so I went with an x1 and will get a ps4 when the time is right.
