FF died the moment FFXII was released. Since then, I haven't followed much FF news or any editorials for that matter.
Make Windows 7 optimized for SSDs and I might think about Win7.
Why not make games worth $60? Instead of giving us MP. Why not give us more single player content? I remember Sony promised us 20 hr. FPS games and over 200 hour RPG games with that Blu-Ray hype. I'm still waiting for that hype to be delivered. 2 years and counting.
If Gears 2 had 4 player co-op, I'd gladly pay $60 for it. I'm just waiting for it to go on Ebay for about $40 now. I'm not much of an MP guy.
$5 more.
STFU!
Gotta hate that long antennae.
It's back to CoD2 times! Oh yeah! Boo CoD4.
*starts slow clap*
The point is that the scope of the "high level of moderation" also affects games on Sony's own platform. What's the point of buying LBP if you can't recreate your favorite things like MGS, GoW, Fable, Mirror's Edge, R2 and other stuff? It's practically cutting half of the reasons to buy LBP. Sure people can be original, but I know I would've loved to remake MGS4 for LBP however I don't want my work to be deleted just because some hornball's gonna pop a vein. Then you have the additi...
If stupid people can breed, they can sue. It's a fact.
That's an overstatement. The article was very vague on why players chose to come back to WoW other than your typical PR "one-liner" about why Product A is so great.
*claps for Insomniac*
You deserve a ****ing bubble. Here you are, HERE'S your BUBBLE you mother****ing genius. (not sarcasm)
Obvious site-hits is "OBVIOUS"
People who pre-ordered still get their games at midnight today. It's stupid to whine about this. Suck it up, it's for the memory of Brandon Crisp (even though we're remembering an idiot)
I can go on all day about video games, society, and politics. The only thing that matters is that Futureshop did an honorable thing as humans(business decision or not). Now when we have the Crisp parents mouthing off about Futureshop, that would be an appropriate time to talk video game politics....
I hope those CC employees are able to find new jobs soon. I like supporting the underdogs because I know my money is going towards paying their salaries and keeping our economy going.
Even though this is almost a moot point, we're doing graphics comparisons right?
Models in CGI still look more detailed.
The volumetric clouds are better in CGI
Explosions still look better in CGI
...uh yeah, that's about it. That's how impressive GG is. Normally companies that try to bring CGI quality would usually have a much larger list. GG however is doing a great job so far. R2 disappointed me a bit with pre-rendered shadows and not-great lighting, b...
Whats' going on with that?
He's right. While Cooperative mode is great when you got 4-8 players. 2 players alone feels so lackluster. For one thing, one player HAS to be medic. Either that or risk the revive-game.
Cooperative mode overall feels soo..."barebones". I understand that it was made that way to tailor itself more to gameplay. However my idea co-op is the story co-op. Gears 2 co-op, Halo 3 co-op. You know? Is anyone getting me? I'm not selling R2 because cooperative mode is pretty fun, b...
Yes I remember that article, but I don't think gamers will be gaming on Notebooks as a primary, so power savings isn't important to me. To this date, no Raptor can ever come close to an SSD. Sure the tech needs more work in R&D, but for what you see - SSDs are probably the most valuable upgrade you can ever make for a PC. I've never seen a mechanical HDD have read-rates up to 210MBs and write-rates 110 MBs: And that's just by itself. Imagine the sheer power if you take Intel X25-Ms and p...
