Yep and if it was the other way around and Sony was to have more tflops all you fanboys would be falling all over your Sony love for each other. Polygon knows their stuff and I'll still take it with a shaker of salt, but E3 just got more interesting.
I've played through Last of Us twice and I struggled like hell to get very far in Uncharted 1,2 & 3. Too much climbing, too much jumping, boring puzzle solving and average gun play. Last of Us was amazing and the Uncharted series for me is a big borefest..........but hey, like this author, that's just my two bits and to all out there who enjoy the series, cheers to you all.

I doubt it, MS is way behind and need to do something drastic. A frickin' slim version does jack shit in that department. I see them bringing out an X1.2 with more guts than the new PS4.
Cons - jump, jump, climb, climb........climb some more, jump a little higher......then higher still, shoot a little bit, then repeat all over again. Pros - looks great.
MAYBE you like jumping and climbing simulators like the one that came out last week. This is DOOM for Xrist sakes and anyone who's ever played any Doom game knows exactly what they're getting pace and story wise, in other words.......no story and balls to the walls action just like I expected, so don't try to shit on our fun happy pants.
I've played through three levels and I would rate it much higher but everyone has their own feedback. The pace is unbelievable, weapons are kickass and the graphics are amazing.....I am impressed. All DOOM, no gloom!
With two levels of Timesplitters 2 included in the game, that might make me want to buy it, but I'll wait and see til it drops next Tuesday. Even if it's mediocre I may still check this out, starving for some fps games.

I stopped buying COD 3 games ago and even a remaster of one of their best won't win me back........only a return to WWII will do that.

I'll only be buying this for the campaign so I'm hoping for 8-10 hrs worth.
