I believe NEO's specs are locked in and the only change I would see would be 12 gb ram. Things will get more entertaining not only with games but with fanboy hatred because MS will turn the tables on Sony. Me, I don't give a shit because I think it's great to have two more powerful consoles so we can get closer to photo realistic graphics. PS5 and XB1-2 will be powerful machines when they arrive.
