You are making up stuff SyntheticForm. There are a lot of games that receive third party mods after completed for 3rd person. Also others that came and add 3rd person officially after their release with an update.
It's as usual. Very early stages. Clunky, heavy, rough. RAM consumption still too high even though it dropped. It's still a magnificent thing to see developing, just like all emulators, but it's still super rough.

They are not. They are pursuing the money bag. The article is not against RE games but standing in the belief of quality vs. quantity. AC, Need for Speed, Call of Duty, are all fan favorites that entered in hell due to too many consecutive releases.
Fans will always want more, and that's fine. But just like Naughty Dog, better take your time to make things right.
That's speculation. We simply don't know what's coming.
