I actually was tired of the old GOW formula. I really liked the character itself, but the gameplay was more of the same in my opinion. PS2 times it was okay, maybe the first two, but after that it just got old. I grew tired, wasn't interested anymore, and story never been its strength. When I saw Kratos more mature and grounded in the reveal trailer I was all hype. I wanted to explore this new Kratos. The change on the fighting mechanics was well received for me and I was never afraid of ...
So I guess Death Stranding lived up to expectations? that fucking piece of shit.
You know what? I remember thinking the same way when I first played Mass Effect 1 last year. I was like "What a clunky piece of shit this game is, animations suck, movement sucks, AI sucks"
It's amazing how a game with so many flaws still became for me the best experiences I have enjoy so far. How story and characters totally crush everything else in such a way that is not just acceptable, is a fucking master piece.
Yes you are right, Mass ...
As a person that never played Fallout before, it is very entertaining. It is very immersive and it has keep me hooked for many hours. There was many times I tried to do the same in GTA V, but the vast, empty world with little point brought disappointment.
I tried to go as far South as I could and I ended up finding the Childs of Atom. I also found a place plagued with Deathclaws. I once walking around found a diner with a note that mentions a secret exit through the sewage...
IMO, Death Stranding should replace Gears 5
Game surely sucks.
In my opinion, is a boring disastrous piece of shit. But my opinion is only mine. I hate this game, but m I also hate other games and some of them are universally acclaimed like Dead Cells. The only difference is that Death Stranding is not universally acclaimed.
I have learned that bigger is not always better. I recently start playing Fallout 4 for the first time and even though the map is not as big as GTA V, is more entertaining. It rewards exploration.
This game is the most boring game I have ever played, and I have play a lot. That doesn't mean is a bad game, I can see why some people like it, but being made by kojima is not enough to defend this disastrous piece of shit.
People don’t seem to see it but this is a cult. Like those that offer immediate gratification by creating false promises to those who really want something like success, wealth or salvation. This offer a game that a lot of gamers NEED and CRAVE, but it will never be finished, it keeps just feeding. In the meantime, they still make money.
This is simply a cult.
It is A future indeed
Amazing, 22 games and I only remember 3
Game Pass does not make any of the games as service. I have Game Pass on PC and I play all my games offline, because I don't have consistent internet connection. I only connect once a month to confirm subscription and go offline for 30 days.
I hope we continue to support the local, offline convenience that gaming have always have.
Even though I admire Google and all the things they have done, I really wanted this to fail so bad. As a person from a third world country, where internet service is an issue, having all this entertaining looking games like Division or The Crew being online only really gave me the chills. A future where I cannot play video games.
I was glad that Fallout 76 failed. And I was glad that Anthem failed. I was glad that No Man's Sky kept their offline modes, and I'm glad...
Well. I do not have a VR headset because I just don't see the advantages of having it. If Alyx is as good as it shows it is, I will end up buying one only for it. But not because I'm afraid of missing out. I will wait for reviews/gameplay and overall sentiment.
The thing is that, when two games are released at the same time, I buy them both. Never one game being better than the other have stopped me to enjoy both. I will buy Cyberphunk once I see the reviews, and I ...
That is so dumb. "In hacking and slashing with a light Saber?"
That's like, "God of War in hacking and slashing with a axe?"
Star Wars is a better game.
I agree, but I believe in GOTY to new IP instead of remakes. I know they did great, but it's far easier to remake a game that was already good, than making a brand new IP and make it excellent. I go for Control, second Sekiro.
If Death Stranding wins ANY award, I will incinerate all my consoles and my gaming laptop altogether with my wife, and will sell what's left of my soul to EA.
I believe they were the only company paying attention to that at the start of the PS era. When I look back to N64, SEGA and even XBOX original controller, Yikes!
