Hardly. Joel and Ellie's story is over. Possible for new characters, maybe, but I'm thinking this was a one and done type deal. I'm fine with that because this game was beyond phenomenal.
Perhaps this guys lack of thinking is why he's no longer employed with Ubisoft.
I've only maybe used it a handful of times, usually to type out a message while I'm playing or something. I've used the controller portion on the phone maybe once or twice though, prefer an actual controller to navigate through the menus.
Neither of them are safe, the hackers release custom firmwares in order to play pirated games for the PS3 just like they released the firmware updates for the 360's disc drive. The consoles just have copy protection, something like the Dreamcast didn't have.

Every PS3/Xbox 360 disk has DRM on it to prevent you from running it on hacked consoles.
What? A friend of mine has a modded Xbox that allows him to play pirated games as well as retail discs without any problems.

Agreed. It's just been one cluster after another. The removal of DRM was a nice change for once. Now the backwards compatibility of headsets via adapter is good (well, better than being rendered useless anyways).
I wonder if its something that connects to the controller. I don't think it'd be a USB limitation. The 360 required the plug in on the controller for the Mic, so maybe that's why. Perhaps they're using a 3.5MM instead of the 2.5MM plugin.
Metal Gear Solid V should not even be considered to relate to BF3 in terms of gameplay.
