Kingthrash360 - The core gameplay is going to be the same, the textures and such will be different. I didn't hear much negativity about the alpha. The bots do indeed need to get better, or they need to take out the ability to earn a Titan off them because they had terrible AI.
The overall concept of the area is there, of course they would need to alter things and include more into the maps because the actual places weren't necessarily the best overall ideas to be 100% exact. Personally, I found Zavod to be the coolest one out of the bunch.

It's the same thing when Sonny announced they shipped 70 or 80 million consoles and that was fine.
Seems like the rules have changed since then and it must be overanalyzed how many were sold rather than shipped.

Yet EA signed that exclusivity contract with Microsoft for Titanfall. Hopefully they do go to another publisher, EA is dirty and did that contract behind Respawns back. I'd hope that West and Zempella (Not West anymore since he had resigned from Respawn) learned their lesson with the COD franchise and not selling the rights to anyone and keeping it to themselves.
I'm hoping to get into the Alpha that they are starting, or if they have a beta as well. Since it's EA, I'm worried a bit.

Have the even implemented dedicated servers yet? I haven't played in a while, didn't notice anything though and was getting host migrations time to time.
webeblazing - Rock* has always been a console focused dev and pushed out the game on PC 6 months to a year later for their GTA titles. The game will look the same, but the mods are what will make the game better overall.
Why would you want a port of the same thing that is on current gen that will have slightly nicer graphics?
With PC you can essentially get unlimited mod support. Look at GTA 4 and all the mods it has. Hell, mods in general for most games that support them turn out looking better. Skyrim for instance had a ton of support by the mods as well.
Best gametype they added for their game. It's quick, promotes moving around after getting a kill.
The quality of the game though..that's another story.

gedden7 - I had already purchased the game to see that this feature was removed. I prefer the previous method used in BF3.
EA is being sued for releasing a game that wasn't finished, not because they removed features.
The only real option to know if a game published under EA is to wait and see what happens. I was expecting bugs since it's DICE, but I didn't expect the amount of game breaking bugs, especially since the beta ran better than the ...
To add on to my statement, if you check their weekly ad and click on the PS4 in the games section of the ad, it will show a few stores that will have them. I'd attempt to get one, but I have a feeling they will sell out before I get out of work lol.
