Live PS4 streams of people singing in their underwear inbound!
Money (profit) matters, NaughtyDog sold what, 4 Million or so copies of The Last of Us? (so far) Didn't Uncharted 3 sell like 7 million? http://insiderp.com/ltd-num...
Not saying they shouldn't create new IPs, obviously they should but there is a reason why franchises exist. It's the "safe route", guaranteed profit.
Beautiful pixels will do that to a young girl. lol
I'm looking forward to Transistor, wish they had time to port Bastion over to PS4 but it's better to look to the future.
I LOVE that neon running effect, it looks cool and fun. Seems they found a way to 1up Coles ability to ride subway rails which was a pretty cool mode of travel when the first InFamous initially came out.
Another thing that looks awesome and fun is at 1:30 or so he does his sort of smoke dash step and zig zags between cover.
Can't wait to play this and I'm glad they're keeping the other powers a secret, I want some surprises to be left when I get ...
I don't know about Project Overdrive but the rest of this list looks great. Just need to see more or read more about that game. It looks too wacky for me I guess.
A self-proclaimed nintendo fanboy says a bunch of non-nintendo games are overrated?
Story Quality? WTF
Like this Website? NO
How ridiculous. "2013 wasn't a good year for games", yeah if all you had was a Wii-U. It only had 2 good games for the whole year.
"The Flower"
Instantly made me lose interest in the site. It's called "Flower", no idea why they thought the word "The" goes in front of that.
Lol, you've obviously never played an Infamous game.
1. You gain more abilities over time, you don't just start out with everything.
2. The cities are filled with enemy ai that will attack you suddenly and they're in groups.
3. Bosses are typically accompanied by minions too making all those powers necessary if you want to stand a chance.
4. Above all else these games are designed to be free-roaming, super powered FUN. And they are fun. And this g...
Oh that's cool and good to hear.
I think the PS3 had some really nice games a few months to a year after launch. MotorStorm and Heavenly Sword were both released early on and they were great. Folklore and Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction were nice too.
I enjoyed my PS3 when I got it but Sony is definitely stepping up their game with the PS4s release-year line up.
All the game play videos of Infamous SS make it look REALLY smooth. The animations all flow really nice together and he goes from ground floor to sky high, destroys environmental objects and blows up cars with it ever taking a dip.
I'm pretty sure it's 30fps but from the looks of it that's not really going to hurt the game.
I'm happy to see a title like this get released so early in the PS4 life cycle.
Uncharted seems to be the only series that gained more fans with each new release. Really big increases too.
The GT 5 sales are pretty crazy.
The japanese Beta is said to be releasing soon after the PS4 launches in japan.
The DriveClub devs haven't talked in months.
They're definitely working.
I absolutely LOVE side scrollers but this games looks really boring to me. Maybe its this levels fault with the blowing wind or snow but it just doesn't look entertaining/enjoyable/fun in this video.
I've been curious if they were actually profiting decently off this game, I hope that's what they mean by successful because it is designed in a way where you never have to pay. It'd be nice to know that people who are really enjoying the game are showing some support to the devs, even if just a little.
I want to see more game like this come out, free-2-play in a true form.
*starts applauding*
The game already looks incredible and with it being open world you know there's already tons of fun to be had. I wouldn't mind a multiplayer if they could do it right. Infamous has never been a multiplayer game so I'm not disappointed but having extra play modes is always welcomed on my end. When Uncharted 2 came out I was in love with its multiplayer and GTA 5 (an open world game) is said to be one of the most fun multiplayer experiences.
Maybe they'll do it ...
I vote new IP
