Looks like a complete Gears of War rip-off (visually plus 3rd person shooter) and it's coming from Tecmo as a PS3 Exclusive dec 2010.
The only thing that separates/makes it better(possibly) is the girl partner used like ratchet and clank, prince of persia or Resident Evil 5. She helps you fight, can be used separately/on her own and aids you in combos and puzzle solving.
I gotta say, id be interested if it werent for Unreal Tournament 3 making me think all Gears of War ...
A trailer for Dante's Inferno is on the PS store right now.
When i first saw the trailer i thought "aw man, i wish this game was coming to consoles instead". It's appearance was that of a REALLY polished looking psp game. So when i found out it was a console game i thought it looked sub par.

Processing power claimed, not because its' exclusive and im starting to believe them on THIS one.
The amount of fodder characters on screen that Kratos can tear through is huge.
The Titans in the background as actual, polygon built, creatures and not just video backdrops.
1080p at 60fps (variable, dips as low as 30) on a action game this polished while Bayonette dev JUST claimed it was too hard/unreasonable for this gen of consoles

I agree on that, those guy didn't or shouldn't have been up there demoing the product. They were either camera shy or unready but the hardware was definitely ready to be shown (minus its aesthetic beauty)
It would made more sens if them and "Kudo" were switch. He ha confidence in an unready product and they didn't have confidence in a completely working product.
I don't agree with the grades though, if they went on the PS store and saw what sony gave us E3...
why the Psp has been reinvented this E3, though this game was announced before it.
The Go has got money money already but they REALLY need to bring Kratos to the PS3 version of Soul Calibur IV as it's still one of my favorite and most played games.

Looks ARE very important, it's undeniable. Forza is pretty, at whatever res it was running, but the boasting these guys did needs to stop.

There's no reason for them to NOT have it.
Though 1080p DOES NOT mean a big deal. %99 of games this gen run 720/1080i and the likes of Uncharted 2 are beautiful.

Every PS3 game released since like mid last has 1080p upscale, uncheck 720p and 1080i in display settings and you'll see most games get upscaled 1080p. The ones that don't support it will go to SD or 480p

The 16Gbs makes up for the cost when compared to a new Psp 3000 with a 16Gb pro duo.
My only gripe is that they always ignore SD as a storage option. Is M2 another sony format or what?

I do mean/plan to use it on a tv screen. Hopefully this model will output in full screen. If not theres always zoom/apect ratio control which is on most tvs.

On sonys part this was a great idea:

I don't expect a slim of either product ANY time soon. It's amazing how small the 360 is now considering it, and the PS3, are pretty much computers.

I didn't expect one here but around October i think is a good time. With their game line-up speaking for them they really don't have to drop the price at all this year.
Only it's 2D iteration have do it for me and only from SOTN starting point. The GBA games were good, the psp games was not, the PS2 games feel short.
3D wise, Devil May Cry 1 gave me what i wanted more than the actual 3D castlevania games released on the PS2.

That Castelvania game should be a good substitute for those of you non-Ps3 having folks.
There's no demo, just the full PS1 game. There's a trailer of it though and the trailer is 720p with moving/colored borders on the sides so there no black screen at all.
That was a smart move to sell their Xbox 1 games conveniently. Points won't go away because you can buy points cards in game stores using cash. Lots of younger gamers don't have credit cards so point cards will never go away.
