It sounds like a good game and all but is it going to be $60? It's got a good number of tracks and cars but in comparison the GT5 why would anyone buy this? I wonder if GT5 will be over $60 now that I think about how much they put into this game and how much was put into previous installments
GT is just like the pentacle of racing sims for me. Like if you own the game you don't need ANY other similar game for a LONG time.

@ps3do, it says "upcoming exclusives" and if you had played some of those games you would KNOW that sequels are planned simply because of the way they end. It's not like he said off the wall like Metal Gear Solid 5 where there's no indication of the games existence.

Well I DO pay attention to value but I was also determined to get a PS3 no matter what and never really cared about the 360. For some money/value isn't the real issue. I loved the PS2 so much that the PS3 seemed like the next logical step and I've been more than happy with my purchase so far.

I think the contributor gave out this review score rather than the article writer and the article is written more like a preview than a review as all it state are previously mention and known about aspects.
There are a TON of songs in the world to choose from so this was obviously intentional. Not a bad idea either, the song has gained (or re-gained) fame since it being in LBP and LBP commercials so it's recognizable just like Mad World was for Gears. I instantly associated Mad World with Donnie Darko when I first saw those commercials and because of that it increased my feelings towards the new game.

If say it cost them 100mil to make 150mill on PS3 and

Every time I read/have read "Ray Tracing" it looks like they're talking about real time reflective surfaces or something. The shininess of a light reflection. I just don't get it.
As far as Thanatos, Ray Tracing has been mentioned time and again with the PS3. Things like "Gran Turismo 5 has real-time Ray Tracing". So I understand why he brought it up even though I don't know what IT is.

The E3 coverage was just the cherry on top.
