Successful MMOs generate tons of money. If it's $15 a month, to square each customer is buying a game from them every four months. Lot of money, even after you subtract server costs.
Shocking. Nobody better have not clicked on that link or the n4g community will have to steal all of your bubbles. This is not news. News in NEW information, not a friggin obvious fact.
I wish.
or it would have been drowned out by all of the other gaming news at E3.
Bravo! Nude patch before a game is even released to the public. You fail EA.
They haven't listed the RAM details. This is a complete redesign so they might have extra RAM for browsing along with an improved browser. Wait for E3.
Nothing except a couple games and showing off. Booooo.
Why did they shrink it? I don't care about battery life.
This transition is as different as the gba to gba sp.
Also they took off .5" from the screen. What the heck Sony?! I like the big screen. Screw people who complain about battery life. I bought a second battery which I only need once a year when I go on vacation. The rest of the year, I have it set to a pandora in case I brick my PSP.
It's not that we don't have money, it's just we already gave it to Sony buying a PS3 and PSP. I've spent too much already!
Get custom firmware and you can convert the discs to eboots to play on your psp. I can play it right now. DO IT!
8GB or 16GB
+some form of memory stick for when you run out
Come on Sony! Really? No PSP owner would buy this as they would lose games and new owners miss out on old games that are not made downloadable. I have a small hope in me that they are playing a joke on us and that is the PSP2 with the second analog stick temporarily replaced by the "start" and "select" buttons. But anything I hope for dies miserably.
Back to my fat with all the games on the memory stick.
Mooey you know he's being sarcastic right? Or are you just spreading the word to help naive people from wasting their money??
Sony has to keep breathing life into the nearly dead PSP. Just come out with the second one already. I know they can make it now because if you look at the latest redesign of the PS2 you can tell just by the size. Remove the DVD drive and replace the power brick with a small battery and you have a PSP2.
www.newegg.com
Even new games are cheaper there.
*sniff*
It would be just another platformer.
I think it looks awesome though.
They must enjoy treating everyone in Europe like crap.
