Actually, its possible FFXV might be released this year. The argument is, will it release in japan first.... as it usually does, which would be the end of this year at its earliest. Or, will it release worldwide seeing as consoles are in the 20-30million units range by that point in the west.

Considering some ps3 game sizes that can be between 20-30gb.. I'd say they did a good job here at almost 32gb. With those visuals they must know epic optimization skills for storage space!
IX is so awesome. I wish to see a new FF title set in a similar world. Something fantasy based and full of character :) maybe I'm getting old, but all of this realism is lacking in charm!

1600 x 900 = 1,440,000 pixels.
1920 x 1080 = 2,073,000 pixels.
A difference of 633,000 pixels. It's running at a 30% reduced resolution from what it should be.
This might not be 4k levels of difference like a PC can aim for... but would you take more or less for your money? But whatever, the game will be epic at any resolution :)
