Yeah or at the very least called it Wii 2, or SNES2 anything but Wii-U
Doogoos I understand it's your opinion and I can respect that, but your comparing games that have nothing to do with each other
A racing sim with a non-sim?
An FPS with a trailer to a possible action adventure ?
A linear hack and slash to an open world game ?
An open world zombie game to a shooter ?
A fighting game to a platform ?
Your comparisons make no sense.
I can't stand any of those YouTube gaming commentators, A bunch of annoying talentless hacks that make literally thousands for talking crap whilst playing a game.
oh gosh here we go again
People seriously need to stop overrating Naughty Dog, I agree they make great games TLOU and Uncharted 2- Drakes Fortune are among my favourite games this gen, they are a top tier developer but please leave at that.
People need to stop giving them every single prestigious title known, it's really starting to sound ignorant, there are other developers with equally impressive track records this gen.
If I remember correctly LBP 2, Infamous 2, The Last Guardian, Killlzone 3 were all announced a week or 2 before E3
@Ju
The point is there are 2 more generic shooters it's going up against Battlefield 4 and COD- Ghosts, 2 generic shooters that are FAR more popular releasing around the same time, do you honestly think people are going to buy Killzone Shadow Fall over those games ?
Sony doesn't need the Killzone franchise anymore, there are far too many shooters on the market now compared to 2004, far too many more popular shooters especially, even Halo has a hard t...
I really don't see it, I played it too and thought it was great but Uncharted and Tomb Raider play very different, Uncharted is an Action Adventure game with heavy emphasis on "action" Tomb Raider is the exact same but with a heavy emphasis on "adventure".
30min isn't really doing a game as large and deep as GTA4 any justice
They're are allot of flaws with Uncharted 3
* The game for some reason is allot shorter
* The entire game's pacing is way off and it doesn't flow as well as the previous Uncharted giving it a very disjointed feel, one minute you're in yemen, then you're in france then you're on a Pirate boat, it just didn't flow to well.
* Too many set pieces
* Far more linear compared to the previous installments
* Some incredibly frustratin...
At first i thought it was overrated but after numerous play-throughs the game has grown on me, I really like the game, nobody does open world like Rockstar, they really nailed the feel and vibe of a modern city.
No it has little to do with that even, it's a niche/cult franchise that has been exclusive to Playstation consoles for almost 10 years, released on a console that has none of it's core fanbase, add that with the fact that we're still very early in the Wii-U's lifespan so you have a low install base, it's no surprise it hasn't sold very well.
This isn't the Wii-U's fault and it shouldn't get the blame, rather it's Sega's stupidity in...
Yes Sony should go back to what defined them in the PS1 era more RPG's, Fighters, action adventure, platformers, leave shooters for the Xbox and PC as they originally were.
correction $50 million plus
In retrospect the game was pretty overrated, It had allot of flaws outside of the amazing visuals, for example sparse checkpoints , only saving between levels, poor AI, repetitive gameplay, 5 hour campaign and the biggest flaw no multiplayer of any sort. Why that was excluded is beyond me it would have made an otherwise decent game into an amazing game.
However, considering what they managed to pull off on the PS2, a refined sequel on the more powerful 360/PS3 would have bee...
Far Cry 3, Heavy Rain....really ?
What I learned with the Wii and Move is that they actually added nothing to gaming, did anyone ever play a Wii game when the controls were like "OMG AMAZING REVOLUTIONARY OUT OF THIS WORLD" like it was hyped up to be ? well I didn't at best motion control was responsive, at best it just worked, other than that it was a completely useless gimmick and at it's worse it rendered games totally unplayable.
The best game on the Wii is arguably Super Mario Galaxy, ...
Couldn't care less about the motion control nonsense or any other controller gimmick, just give me a standard controller or mouse and keyboard and leave it at that.
It would be nice if it was ,Playstation needs more of these Action RPG/ Dungeon crawler games (remember Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance) we have far too many of these shooters, No offence too anyone but do we really need another exclusive shooter, a game like Deep Down would help in setting it apart from the competition.
I doubt this would be exclusive, i mean this is Capcom we're talking about, if not maybe Sony's First Party studios can develop there own, if not they s...
I agree, I've never understood this statement, Isn't every single gaming console that has ever, or will ever be released essentially PC's that are dedicated to gaming? They have CPU'S ,GPU'S, mother boards list goes on, all consoles are essentially computers.
Up until now the only thing that's separated consoles from PC's aside from power has always been the games for example WRPG'S, FPS, RTS, almost every western developed games were associate...
