The PS4 is more powerful and MS was just damage controlling and deceiving. Now, we just have to wait till November to see the side by side comparisons, but the real difference will be shown in 2-3 years. That's when the PS4 will really stomp the Xbone. Remember the Dark Sorcerer? That is not even possible for the XB1.

Yes. Of course they can. All that's happening is a patch that you have to download, to COVER the DRM. It's not gone. And seeing as that's the first 180 they performed (barely a week over E3), and since then, they've improved the GPU and CPU and made the XB1 be able to function without Kinect (which was 2-3 weeks ago) So yes, they can and most likely will. They were ready to do it before the pre-orders and they'll be ready when they get the XB1 in enough living rooms. Look ...
