The thing is if Activision can't prove they worked on it during office hours, i.e: it was a private project with some staff that they worked on in their own time outside of work, then surely if they wished to leave and go somewhere else to work because they didn't like the environment they were working in they should be entitled to do that? and should get the bonus's from the work they did do for activision? :S I mean if instead of working on the game they were supposed to be work...

@inveni0 and @ darrius Cole : it is different if the game has online; you log on and take up further server space etc and store data on there not very much at any one time but it's clearly enough however this costs money; money the original buyer paid a small part of his RRP he paid to cover this cost whereas the used byer has not :p
look uncharted golden abyss looked amazing for a handheld game, unit 13 looked good, resistance doesn't look as good but still looks good, obviously the graphics would take a slight hit from the consoles but it wouldn't be as noticeable as the resolution is lower; if developed properly I think the vita could handle it and the lazy dev issue shouldn't be so much of an issue from my understanding the PSV architecture is more like a PC etc and therefore easier to programme for; than ...
I love my vita it's a great machine and as the games get released for it i'm sure sales will pick up but I doubt 10 million will be sold maybe 6/7 at a push; who knows maybe they know something we'll find out at E3? I guess the AC game that should be out this year and a cod would help it quite abit still...:p
I played the demo and it was mediocre at best and I'm undecided thus I will read other peoples opinions to help let me decide; although a review is actually supposed to contain minimal amounts of opinion and objectively compare the pro's and con's whereby the pro's and cons are supposed to be as little opinion as possible to stop bias effecting the review; that's impossible of course but that's what a review is supposed to be and why people might think to refer to them...
well that's hardly the standard for the device i'd say yo've been unlucky if there was a mass problem we'd know about it hey look at the galaxy S2 apparently if you update to android 4.0 with one the battery life might last you half a day if your lucky :S which for a phone is shocking somehow samsung have gotten away with that (by half a day I mean the 12 ish hours awake so 6 hours if your lucky by all accounts) yet samsung have'nt had to fix it so 4 ish hours when gaming ...
Tbh the 3DS wasn't in a better place in terms of games 1 year ago.... tbh when I buy a console (I own a vita and am having fun trying to platinum all the games for it I own whilst revising for A levels and waiting for next batch of games) I buy it HOPING that it's launch will be the lowpoint of it's life because if it doesn't go up from there then my money was probably wasted ;)

Yeah we can all see exatly where the idea and implementation came from although I'm sure there will be some features that allow this to differentiate its self from Super Smash Bro's that said it's not like sony are the only company to copy ideas off another like this is it? It looks as though the touch screen levels will be wii u exclusive but that would be stupid; the vita has a touch screen and a back touch pad yet ubi didn't bother doing anything exclusive there -_- those graphics looked epic though :)
Btw I meant if it's not the getaway who cares in reference to canned games being revived I can't think of any other notable ps3 exclusives that were announced then cancelled or thought to be cancelled (and Agent doesn't count as they've reiterated that it's still in development....)
