wow....wtf are you on; the fact is the ps3 is ultimately overall more powerful than an xbox-just because something is not dev friendly doesn't mean the same codes can't be rewritten and adapted to run; every single other developer manages to get their games to work? Sometimes there are issues or delays however they do manage to make their games run-occasionally there are games with issues on both platforms but not to this scale-their engine is shite for starters-clearly based too much...
Assassins Creed will do the vita justice I'm sure- actually Ubisoft as a 3rd party developer are very good on providing support for pretty much all consoles; hell even EA and the new nfs etc has very good vita games coming out and usually there big franchises were done properly on vita so really it's just activision finding the cheap way out-if I were sony I'd be fucking angry at activision because I don't believe they haven't had to put money into it's development etc...
I'm sure if activision had asked treyarch to do it they'd have done it; look at Criterion games; relatively small studio at least in comparision in guilford- they insisted apparently on also making the vita version and have according to people that have played it and seen it in action got pretty much an identical (slightly downgraded textures etc) version of the ps3 game... and thrown in extra minigames etc that use the touch screen if you want to play them yet Treyarch a fairly large...
Lol yeah if a good dev with the backup of the library of games they've made says this then it sounds abit pretentious but it's believable when you hear devs like techland or nihilistic bigging themselves up I just laugh lol

if the number of games from sony were lacking then that's because their studios are either busy on announced game for either ps3 or ps vita (or ps4) and quite a few put games out for vita at launch and probably aren't ready to show us what they are working on now; I want to know where Warriors Lair has gone? They demanded it off 3DS too tbh and it too didn't have what they wanted for about a year...
killzone: mercenaries looks good, soul sacrafice too, rachet and clank q force, smart as etc there are already quite a few games out I'm hoping that there'll be some stuff out of tgs like kh hd collection that will be on vita, maybe a new FF? who knows....
funny thing is alot of the hate tat originated around ps3 was often clearly from people jealous they couldn't afford one (not all of it but quite alot)-telling that the hate going round diminished significantly when the ps3 became more affordable... hmm? no the playstation store has and always was region locked, look at dlcs they only work f you get them from the area store you bought the game from, the vita always had region free physical game media which it still has...
no it's bethesda's shitty engine that's the problem nothing they can realistically do but restart from scratch-if Bethesda had started from scratch themselves instead of using old engines code as the base for it then this might not have been an issue.
