No, PC gaming isn't exactly more stable than consoles. Console games are designed for that specific system. Which guarantees the game will run the same in all systems.
The same can't be said for PCs as you need to make sure you keep yourself up to date with upgrades.
I spent a good $900 almost $1000 on my PC around the same time the 360 and PS3 came out and it fails to play games at the same level my PS3 does(which cost me half).

I never denied that. Yes I agree, it is popular. That's fact.
But also, when fairly compared to other games, it is not as good as it is made out to be. It's not about numbers.
I'm sick of some sites saying that Chrono Cross was a disappointing or bad sequel. "Doomed to fail from the start"??? WTF!? It's an excellent game! The story is easy to understand and complex enough to keep you intrigued. It takes place in completely different world and time than Chrono Trigger.
Actually, Chrono Cross is not even a sequel. It's a different game with a different story. That's why it wasn't called "Chrono Trigger 2"!
Alright, sales aside. I still stand by what I said. Halo 2 was great, but the series has become bland since then. Halo 3 was disappointing. Lot's of people buy into it for what it's "supposed" to be, not for what it is. Not to mention the media's involvement.
When it comes to gameplay, Halo has been matched and surpassed.
I got the All Stars+SMW cartridge. Best deal ever!

Chatting isn't very good? What are you talking about. It works great and the overall quality is great. And so is the video chat.
Your friends DO NOT have to be playing the same you're playing at the same time to invite them. They could be playing a completely different game or no game at all, and you can still invite them.
There's nothing "basic" or simplistic about PSN.
There's no need for you to try and justify your $50/yea...
Sales don't always mean how good a game is supposed to be, a la Wii Sports.
Not to say that Bungie is a bad developer at all, but the Halo franchise is truly over-hyped and many times overrated.
Yes, lot's of people buy it. But its success is due to the huge amount of marketing around it from M$.
When Halo first came out, a lot of what it offered, I was already doing in games like Counter Strike, especially in multiplayer. But hey, not the same amount ...
Creator already said he'll be showing at TGS. So not sure why people keep asking for it to appear at Gamescom, unless they want to be disappointed.
