All the issues you mentioned have been sorted in the beta, and the rest are subjective. Sounds like someone didn't like it, but a ton of us did.
Yep. Unbelievable how some people's fandom is. I don't even play on Xbox and played Outriders on PS5, and I'm OK gamers getting it on Game Pass day one.

Cover system was perfectly fine. Attrition made it so that you had to constantly go back to ammo stations. DICE tweaked and tweaked it since people were annoyed we'd spawn with just like 2 magazines' worth of ammo.

I know BC2 was awesome and full-on destruction too. But DICE mentioned why they took it out (for game balance) since people just destroyed everything. That said, I am OK with that, but levolution is fine too.
Not really mimicking BF3 and BF4, but building on it. Like, better progression, better UI, better maps, better balance. That's all BF fans want really.

I can't wait for a modern setting Battlefield game! No Attrition, no MMG meta, and just give us back what was available before! Levolution, modern setting, proper guns and attachments and I'm good.
Only way DICE messes this up is with EA's meddling with the content. But if this is like similar to BF4 or BF3, us BF fans are good. Just nothing with WW1 or WW2. We got enough of that.

It's on life support now. Thing is, they should have anticipated gamers would tire fighting the same droids over and over. Like, I honestly don't even get why they didn't use the MCU hype to get sales. They could have used that even if in an alternate timeline. Imagine how well this would have sold if they didn't have to go through the Discount Avengers meme and whatnot.
I think there's about six Trophies that should be unlocked if you grinded the demo? Not sure though. I gather, they'll just retroactively sync?

Yep, and thankfully, Crystal D is being waaaaay more transparent now compared to a few months ago. Not sure why or maybe Square Enix allowed them more leash? It's a good move but hopefully it's not too late.
