i went to target this morning with my brother. All the 360 copies were gone Unfortunately for him he doesn't have both systems like I do and they had about 10 ps3 copies left. I'm enjoying the story but man they weren't kidding about it being insanely linear.

Hmmm I have a copy from D2D as I was too impatient to wait for steam as they didn't offer a pre-load.
I think I have a couple friends that hanv't bought it yet so I may take advantage just to have the game on my steam list.

from the way the ps3 fans were going on in the reviews they made the 360 version out to be the most horrible thing since osama bin laden.
If you were to compare these in terms of pc settings the ps3 would be at medium (high reserved for pc) and the 360 version would be at low
textures settings a notch higher and soft shadows enabled on the ps3....It's pretty sad how they wanted the 360 to fail in the reviews because of that lol
fixed camera is the new standard in gaming...
makes sense. He is pretty old. A free camera would probably be too much for him

Sony let this chance slip through their fingers. I doubt it had anything to do with M$. If there is one thing I've seen from Sony lately. Is that they really know how to F*ck up their advertising.
I had a few friends pre-order the 360 version as graphics don't matter to us seeing as how console graphics blow no matter what system their on. But I know they would have got the ps3 version if it meant getting into ff14 beta. Sony's bad.

I know quite a few people who cancelled their steam pre-order to get the d2d version because it had a pre-load unlike steam.
