I'd say eurogamer very much give review scored based more on how they liked it, then to the game and what it's trying to achieve. Hence most of the reviews seem to hate quick time advents and long cut scenes.
I respect their opion, but often ignore them as I have different tastes. the end number is never a good thing to judge a review and game by imo
They are slightly different, mostly their security patches, as the OS runs unsigned code, which makes it a lot more vulnerable.
I cba to read it all, so far I've heard problems with flash = problems with the browser. even with firefox or grome, the flash would be no different as this is a separate plug-in from adobe, the lack of support is something that should be taken up with adobe.
However sonys OS and programs are far from perfect, but then they are for the most part hardware people, they have tried to do alot with the PS3 and PSP software and have alot to learn. other like MS have been at the top of the gam...
The only reason I won't be getting this, is because I know in 3 years from now (long time i know) not only will I have a PC that can run this fully, I'll have the uber platinum diamond encrusted edition plus.
online is 1/3 of the Game and you don't get that out of the box, extra is as defined. It's not needed to play.
And by doing this it's a good way of making owner upgrade their consoles HDD, so then they can take advantage of the xbox other services, which by themselfs aren't reason enough to most gamer to shell out for.
But the point stands this topic has been done to death,
As long as your not playing on a massive screen, they have ages well. Other then being abit pixeled they still look nice enough you can't really improve 2.5D game like these much tbh.
MS can't turn their back on their PC market, even more so with "games for windows" now existing, even if they still haven't supported it well.
Mostly Sony has been able to keep Japanese devs for traditional game, because the x360 hasn't done well in Japan even with Microsoft backing in the market, and the late ports with extra content have basically killed it.
As for new IP's single platform can help keep costs low, and time exclusivity bring money in while they develop ...
Yeah, the only real reason MS "stole all" of Sony exclusives, was because MS didn't really, bar halo from last gen have any bigger ones then sony if in the same genre. With both Sony and MS mostly equally splitting the market between them. (not counting wii market) it would make scene that devs would end up multi-plate unless given a good reason(money to cover costs) to not.
Sony I also feel like they wanted to build on their first-party titles, reling on 3rd partys is ...
For a TV show about game, it wasn't too bad, although it still was quite fixated on the main stream stuff.
Paying for the features fair enough, but paying extra to access parts of the game that you've already bought as a premium, I'd be quite happy with my silver if it gave me even bo basic multiplayer. As so multiplayer on the xbox isn't viable, when i could just pick up an extra game.
That is wrong on so many levels. :(
Why aren't there pictures of, ether the best implementation of said feature, and/or pictures of the first implementation. The X360 d-pad, and PS3 trigger.
While I agree with the points, I don't think enoguh research went into it too really show the history, no mention of Gunpei Yokoi. :(
Sega haven't really supported VC1 to well imo, the prices outside of japan and strange, and no trophy patch. But I guess if they are focusing all their effort on making VC2 a good game, I don't mind.
Isn't it more to do with the buffer if you have screen tearing? 60fps just means the torn screen is on for half the amount of time.
I'm only going by what I've read.
Fact: Only good fanboy, is one without internet access.
They charge, but say they don't make a profit out of it,
My tesco's only does wii games.
I got the last one from my local blockbuster for £14, was one of my only impulse buys.
The thing about the Xbox is that is broke fast so came to the attention fast, if the PS3 is breaking, say after two years we're only really just on the first wave of breakages and then i'll stop with the 60GB in theory.
The 60GB breakage could be a lot higher.
But watchdog was badly done imo, you have a MS fanboy, a lot of miss information, and their fixed consoles almost half broke after being fixed by watchdog.
I would however like to see sony offer a chea...
I very much agree with you both. I prefer a free PSN because I only hop onto online rarely, and feel that because of this my silver xbox I've missed out on potions of games like gears on-line, which is said to be very good, I own the multiplayer but can't use it. This is the main thing I dislike about the xbox, and I feel that without the online, the social feature alone wouldn't be enough to convince people to spend money for gold.
I think Sony do need to think about integrate more tho...
