Just me or does boosting seem well, boring...
How do you play COD? of I sit there still and shoot a friend who isn't moving... fun o.o
The only problem would be, say if for some reason you wanted to use it without the net connection, you would have to hack it.
It was much like how I've CD-hacked all my games so my little brother didn't need to touch the disks and scratch the ... out of them.
For Multi-player games however I think this is fair enough.
Best way of stopping piracy is to give bonuses to people that buy the game, not to limit them,
PS1 and gamecube both died.
CD lazers are the most likely thing to break imo after 5 years or so, happens on all my PC's
the new consoles have to deal with heat...
You can't compare a old console without a CD lazer, then don't generate any heat to modern consoles.
It's that or longer load screen time...I know which I pick,
boob physics cost half the budget confirmed!?
I swear some games feel like they did. ^^
Is it any surprise we end up having fanboys with this fanboy trash keeps getting posted by the media.
I have both systems, i play both systems equally and they both have some massive flaws and without hype there is no reason really to get a console.
trust me, as a pc gamer for years I skipped all of the must have ps2 must have games till recently and somehow kept breathing.
I just posted more to say, I don't like splinter cell, and fable has always left me feel...
I get the feeing if nothing more N won't release a new console till the wii isn't selling as well, and they've come up with something new... they will never beat sony/microsoft in the power department because that's just not their way...
Things like cheaper hard disk drives and inbuilt wireless won't be happening, thats what keeps thexbox cheap, and MS make alot of money of the extras.
Games ether need to be build around it like folklore which imo gameplay just wouldn't have felt as good without the sixaxis, or for little extra touches like the throwing off in Resitance:FOM.
The problem with it is that sixaxis has just isn't as responsive as a stick or button. playing rag doll kung-fu is fun with the sixaxis, but i reckon if you could just pressed buttons to do the move you would have alot more control.
I love VC, but I can see why it wouldn't appeal to a lot of people. Certainly getting the PSP one. good score would like to see what was said about it.
I played warhawk and seemed to have a fair amount... the problem is when a game has no-one. noones just going to stay online doing nothing till someone else comes on, even if there is just 2 other people it's worth sticking round to see if more come on.
Games using the wands and 3d if done right would be very interesting. could make it minus physical interaction really feel like you could touch the game?
I don't know the orginal source but:

after reading this i'm a little less impressed with directX
While I agree in some ways, the main advantage with vs real people is they have intelligence, or are at less unpredictable. When fighting a computer generally if you find something that works, stick to it and you'll win. With people you can fool them once, most even twice but sooner or later they will catch on, and this leads to the games evolution.
Can't say I'm a massive Fan of online myself tbh, my brother 15 and just the type of reason why I don't play online... always moaning if he...
While the fable series has helped games come along, the hype this he likes to create means that games that might have been though of as great, just have memories of what was promised.
I just get which ever version has more content, often the PS3 for JRPG's as they're released later, or which one has a more stable frame rate.
Not into online so that doesn't effect my choice.
I think that if you took the time line of both consoles in parallel, the PS3 is niching just ahead, but as the xbox was released an extra year ahead the year as helped massively.
I've never really understood this, both sticks at the bottom, I can understand, both at the top, I can understand. By why the preference of one up one down?
I think the Dualshocks need a bit more padding out, saying that they are better for kids I've found. The sticks do I feel need to be a little lower and maybe more resistance as they feel a little free, and the R2/L2 would have don't better with a concave curve to stop the fingers slipping.
Saying that the battery for th...

I'm disappointed, it won't put me of buying, it's just knocked it down afew pegs on my buying list.
