You don't have to worry about your ps3 overheating. Sony spent a whole extra year making sure ;). Just for us.

and the meaning of the ad itself...Companies loose money when they try to sue the government...it might be just a waste of resources and cause them MORE damage in the long run. My vote is: if it isn't exactly a ps controller then to let it slide.
