I would love Tomb Raider to get back to the amazing quality we all came to love about the franchise from day one.
Uncharted came along and made us forget about Tomb Raider. The game gave us everything we used to want in the TR games. But that doesnt mean a Lara driven TR game couldnt be spectacular as well if done right.

It's easy to predict much of what MS does because they have always been smart about what they show at E3.
You simply promote your strengths and that's ALL that matters at the end.
Halo 4's 200-man development team is arguably the best ever assembled. We are talking a game that will shape the future of MS gaming. Of course this game gets the red carpet treatment as it will be the biggest exclusive in 2012.

Microsoft finally has the luxury of presenting it's strengths without having to introduce new hardware (Slim and Kinect)
This means the can concentrate on the 3 areas they have had huge success with leading unto next gen: Huge games, Xbox Live,and Kinect.
Halo 4 and Destiny (rumored) are as big as ANY game that has or will release all gen. These have the potential to both amaze at E3.

Bungie has spent a decade on the Xbox and know the Xbox 360 better than any developer out there.
It'll be interesting to see what they pull off this late in the 360s cycle.

So basically this Bungie game is basically an Xbox 360 exclusive this gen. If this is true the the game was to be announced at this years E3. It will then be playable at next years E3 and will probably get a Fall 2013 release.

Micrsoft's E3 presentations have proved that winning the online E3 popularity contest never mattered, but having the most IMPACT offline with new consumers and your current install basedoes.
