First of all, unless you live under a rock or again cant read, simply look at what ACTUALLY happened after this conference. Micrsoft got skewered right after their conference by everyone from Edge and beyond. EVEN after they righted the supposed wrongs from the year prior.

I agree that gamers definately win when we finally get to see what developers are cooking up..
Again I preface that in my personal opinion Micrsoft had the best overall show. They went first and got HAMMERED by Edge and others.
But when the smoke cleared none of the other consoles outdid them and in the end, there were a couple of mistakes that the others made that many harped were the reasons Micrsoft 'lost' in the past.

Microsoft actually did win E3 in terms of overall presentation of the show and impact of the content.
The funny part is Micrsoft didn't have to flinch and mention 720 at all because the other guys didn't come hard at all.
Any of us who own a PS3 would have rushed to the stores to play Last of Us, God of War, or Beyond this year.

I agree. Sony had a chance to destroy MS and honestly dropped the ball. All of the critiques MS took after their the last two E3s were on display with Sony last night.
Both had games that catered to their install base, I just feel like Sony's show overall was not better than MS this year.

I've said this ALL year..
If Nintendo was only using that giant tablet and old Wii-motes as controllers they completely lost next gen befire it even started.
Emulating the 360 controller is HUGE for them. Now people who own the console will actually want to play games like Call of Duty and the huge list of multi-plats that are out there.
IMO though if they don't include at leat one pro-controller out of the box then they are hurting...

I can use my Iphone to control Internet explorer on my TV through Live and Smart Glass tech. What ir does for movies and games without the need to by ANYTHING else is amazing.
