Once again, it's non 360 gamers who scream core and have zero idea what the 360 core gamers play.
The biggest core 360 games are released year in and year out.
Kinect didn't stop Halo Reach, Gears 3, or Forza 4 to be released.

I always find it amazing that bad games come out every day. Steel Batallion was obviously one of those for Destructoid. They gave the game a 30%.
But, it's amazing how when literally one game is bad that means KINECT itself is NOW as bad as that game.
How many standard controller games come out weekly for the 360 and PS3, but you never see these kinds of articles for other consoles even at the height of Wii hate. One bad game doesnt equal them all.

It won't be a threat to people buying Wii-U..but it will be cool for current and prospective 360 owners.
What MS did is move forward technologically in both the motion control space and now with smart glass in a way that actually does compete with Wii-U on it's biggest fronts..casual and core.

CVG has never been this completely pro-MS site. Go back a couple of years when they started getting heavy approvals on N4G and you will see differently. ALL of these site want and go for hits.

LOL.this was just a Kinect bashing session.
There was nothing in the article that even let me know this guy ACTUALLY played the game.
No plot, no actual campaign nuggets, nothing that was good about the game.
It's a hybrid and you use the controller for the heavy controls, but he focused on little parts that frustrated him because of HIS particuliar Kinect.

Sorry Milo but you still are not paying for free apps no latter how you spin it. 7 years later if you want to whine about Xbox Live knock yourself out. But it still isn't going to change a thing. 40 million strong and not one person is going end their subscription and stop playin on Live because a non-360 games on the Internet have a problem with it.

I could care less about the opinion of the game either way but Edge well written write-up makes IGNs review look like it was written with Crayon.
These guys ACTUALLY played the game..quite a few of the other guys reviews look like they were written from the demo and preview info.
