I think having a secondary CPU offer a more solid performance over the power of the cloud. A second CPU chip is not costly and working with conjecture with the cloud would be more beneficial gain if MS would of gone with a secondary chip.

I will be hooking up the PS4/XBone to my monitor, so I will know the difference. To me 1080p provide a more crisp and detail picture over 720p.
