I loved RE4, and it remains one of my favorite game of all time, but after playing Dead Space, RE5 controls straight up suck now.
It's a shame because I played the demo co-op with a couple of newbies and they hated the controls and they both quit on me after dying once without even giving the game a real chance.
I just find it funny how everyone responds so positive to this review from a website thats practically unknown, yet when another website (TVG) gives KZ2 an 8, everyone starts crying like babies saying they are fanboys or just want hits.

Your right, I thought Gears had better graphics than MGS4 but according to the many awards MGS4 won for best graphics, i was proven wrong....
but still doesn't explain why KZ2 isn't getting 10's for visuals... just as Gear 2 AND MGS4 did ;)
I would have thought every review would have at least gave it perfect scores for graphics.... especially after the YEARS of hype about how amazing it's going to look.
Don't get me wrong fellas, from what i see in the pics and videos, it does look effin-amazing... but if it's not getting 10's for graphics, then something must be off.
by the way... GEARS 2 received plenty of 10's for graphics :)
Dead Space was an AMAZING game!! Seriously one of the scariest game, with some of the best graphics/sounds, the story was good with a great surprise ending, and the way it perfected the third-person gameplay being at a slow pace for a survival-horror was just icing on the cake.
It's a shame because I told a lot of my friends about how great RE5 is going to be because RE4 is one of my fav games of all time... but man was i disappointed.... the controls do feel outdated now, espe...

i think it's a fair price where it's at now only because it does include blu-ray.
Sony shouldn't try to compete with MS and Nintendo in a price war, and stick to keeping exclusives and maybe a different approach to marketing.

but that's what happens when your console is still too expensive for the mass market so it can't reach enough homes, and currently half of ps3 owners bought one solely for blu-ray.
and there are some games that are perfect as rentals, and as a game with no multi-player, this would be one of them
it's the truth, two of the best games i've played this gen are Dead Space and Bioshock, and they were both rentals. NO need to own a game with no multi-player or co-op. You can rent a game from blockbuster and keep it for up to 45 or rent it from gamefly till your done with it
