I think the day one update is what everyone is waiting on the most. Even in Japan where the game has already been released, they don't even have the day one update yet.
But as a Souls fan I know that the game will probably have minor issues, which in Bloodborne, it didn't even bother me. The game was so good its very ignorable to be honest. I'm playing through Dark Souls now on X1 B.C. for the first time ever with the game and I'm really enjoying it.

The haters are gonna hate because they know that Uncharted 4 will be the best selling exclusive of 2016 for any platform. I'm also getting Quantum Break, which I think will be good. I just don't think it will outsell Uncharted 4, even adding PC platform with it.
The Uncharted stroy is one of the most prized stories right now in gaming. We don't get that many great stories and everyone is hanging on a limb to see what happens.
If PS4 would worry about features for the console instead of all this "gimmick" VR development, we may get BC and other features one day. The Xbox team doesn't have this "gimmick" hassel, they already went that route with Kinect and lost, they got wise, ditched the "gimmick" and moved on. So what is the Xbox team doing now? Giving us great features on the console. The exact opposite of what Sony is giving us.

I'm digging the B.C. feature on X1, its something PS4 should be putting all there marbles into at the moment but there not. There too worried about "gimmicks" at the moment. Console sales are so good, I just don't think there too much worried about it to be honost.
Isn't it funny X1 stepped up there game adding great new features, they don't have the bother of "gimmicks" or the hassel at the monment and they just keep adding great features ...
I'm starting to dig the whinning from players a little bit about the series. What's even funnier is the fact if they cared nothing for the games, then why comment at all? Why are they even in the topic? Do they envy us for our love of the series? Probably. Only thing I can think of.

Yep. I never owned a PS3 and some of those console exclusives, example: Demon Souls, I'm never going to get to play it unless it goes remaster or B.C.
I hope they remaster it, I just don't see it happening for such an old game. I'd be more than willing to buy the PS3 disc just to play on PS4.

I just can't see very many pros in this gimmick there calling VR. I mean, could you imagine your buddy trying to watch you play VR beside you? People barley have the patients now to watch someone game in the same room. Let alone someone that's wearing a VR headset, now your friends can't even see anything going on.

I've only played Bloodborne, but now I'm running through Dark Souls on B.C. - X1 and I can safely say that they are two different games.
Its all good. I bag on games all the time. To each his own. I have Black Ops 3 and AC Syndicate as well, which I'm enjoying as well.

I'm rolling with Dark Souls on B.C. for Xbox One right now. My god that game is so good. There level design was miles ahead of other developers even in 2011.
Last year Bloodborne was my first Souls game. The Old Hunters was great DLC as well. DLC and Game of the Year for me. So now I'm playing through Dark Souls and after that I'm digging into Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin and then I'm playing Dark Souls III.

I'm looking forward to a different kind of game, especially when it lenear shooter.
For the simple fact that there are so many more great series and titles to get into, the delay made no difference to me and I'm actually pleased they held off to polish the game. Which is one of the most prized stories in the industry at the moment. We just don't get a decent story too often.

I thought the same thing when I started playing that game.
To go from Bloodborne's combat system to The Witcher 3 is a little change of pace. It's starting to grow on me though.
