Not trying to defend either game.
But it seems that IGN is consistent.
- You have a game that tries something new, and it gets deducted points for it.
- Same formula but improves some parts, its scores higher.
I guess we can conclude that in IGN's opinion: "If its not broken...".

Edit: Just to put in a contrast. An inconsistency would be to score them the same. And I think that its we...
Yes I fear the change. Which I mentioned in my post before, therefore I wish that Xbox owners would stand up (for gamers) and try to change this direction that MS is taking...
But I cannot disagree with you, because I dont have the ability to see the future. Nor can I agree with you for the same reason. But I do sense a 'trying-out' period with PSN+, which I haven't subscribed to.
Also when Sony sent out a survey asking if I would be willing to pa...
I think they meant "play" as in trying out different codes in the sound menu. From my understanding, you had to enter a variation of the konami code while holding the Z button in order to unlock the other speaker.
I too agree with your statement "Xbox 360 owners who willingly agree to pay the higher XBL rate are a poison that will continue the march of abuse against gamers."
Even though i don't have an Xbox 360, I think its not a wealthy direction the game industry is taking. Seems like things could turn out rather bad if another platform (PS3/Wii etc.) decided to follow in MS footstep.
Lol, so true and so funny!
I couldn't get hold of one, today.... went to the store and they said they were sold out and I should try another store down the road. So i went to the other one and they didn't have it too... I'm hesitant to buy one because I really should be focusing on my studies but still its an interesting device
I have the same feeling...
Yes I think he is talking about the several linux distributions and NOT the linux kernel itself... lol
The most popular linux distribution of course being Ubuntu
Well it's Fox News so she seems "normal"... I kid, I kid
Well PS3 owners are obviously posting on this because the article is about *drum roll*.... Killzone 3. So yeah >_>
Just to clarify: I meant that the PS3 is >ABLE< to do great graphics… as in hardware-wise. So yeah that's basically it…
Now the second part of it is >IF< a game looks crap there could be several reasons. Let's look at those reasons:
1 - Limitation of hardware (crappy hardware)
2 - Limitation of developer skill
the reason for (2) could be of several subcategories i.e. not >able< to create a polished game within time li...
Hard to argue about something that is subjective. Some might say that Tetris is a great software others might say that KillZone 2 is a great software... But in the end better hardware opens the possibility to more sophisticated (as in graphics) software/games. It lies in the hands of the developers to create awsome games...
I might add that I look forward to seeing games that are Move enabled for example KillZone 3 :D
No information can be transmitted faster than the speed of light. (Unless we are talking about quantum mechanics i.e. quantum entanglement)... In short: there will always be lag, no matter what the device.
The difference is in the observable lag, which can be caused by additional computation required by the device.
They could make the movement 2:1 meaning that when the Move controller moves 90 degrees IRL -> in the game it moves 180 degrees... But this also means that small movement would be amplified by a factor of 2. So it could be a very shacky experience...
I think what u r trying to say is that he can... not that he has the right to... So just because he can doesn't mean he has the right to.
Hmmm games from that started this gen, from the top of my head:
- LBP
- Uncharted
- Heavy Rain
- Demon Soul's
- Motorstorm
- Resistance
hehe I'm just mentioning some of my own games =)
Well we have seen some stunning PS3 games (exclusives) and so we know for certain that the PS3 is capable of rendering excellent graphics... What I'm trying to say is, that if the game is crap its not the PS3's fault --- but it has to be someones fault, maybe the developers?
LOL what a poor argument.
Let me get this straight, you don't like people who play a game and gets good at it...
Don't care about your past comments, but I read the story and it is as you said.
This story seems more like a warning/caution to pirates that they shouldn't play "backuped" games while on PSN... (though it seems that every news story from this site has something to do with illegal activities such as, hacking. After all the site is named ps3hax)
I think they got a little more than just virtua fighter.
On top of my head there are: Final Fantasy 13 and Tekken 6...
