Knowing this game is made by one of my favourite developers which are especially great at story telling I'm pretty excited to see what they do with this setting.
It's generally no problem with normal, seated, cockpit based games with fixed optical reference points...It's just a problem if those are missing.

They are older and prefer other games than MP shooters.
They are younger and play more MP games.

It's a temporal increase due to the release of Forza H 3. Don't get your hopes up.
The problem is PC doesn't have the great exclusives. If you own an XBox though a PC is the better way for sure.
The PS5 probably won't be out before 2019 but again will be much more powerful...and knowing the first games which utilise the power take about two years in general on new systems there really isn't much sense in getting the Scorpio if one owns a PSPro.
