That's the problem..The game is made by very smart people and not so smart people simply don't understand the genius behind and therefore can't appreciate it. It's true the marketing was exaggerating but the game as it is is pretty special in a great way.
I also fin it funny how people react in this case (mostly people who never played the game, most probably) when this is just the way advertising works these days..I don't like it but why does no one complain that Teslas are neither green nor have a real Autopilot..it's just how marketing works. Exaggerations everywhere or why doesn't a Big Mac look as advertised?!

Even Scorpio will upscale most games to 4K just like the X1 had to upscale to 1080p...6TF just isn't enough for native 4K at 30Hz.

You're actually seeing it wrong...The difference between 900p and 1080p WAS much bigger and noticeable than the difference between an upscaled 1800p picture and native 4K. Scorpio won't be able to do native 4K anyway so the difference will be noticeable on the pixel basis but it won't matter much, that much is sure.

Thing is the higher the resolutions get the less noticeable it becomes.
