@CHEF
It's not even 100, it's just 50 more for a 1TB model which is insane value.
That's exactly how to do it. Always buy the second best stuff, at least that's how it is for upgrading your PC.
Why not listen to The Eagles?!
I guess the main benefit next to more stable performance will be enhanced detail and especially picture quality by downsampling. That way they can overcome the relatively low resolution which seems to be confirmed by the first comparisons.
This is looking great!
I dunno. Maybe it's because the PS4Pro is only 50 dollars more expensive than the comparable 1TB models!?
@Pftt
It's pretty obvious Sony will reveal the PS5 in 2018, latest early 2019 with a holiday 2019 release. Especially to counteract Scorpio.
@neonrider
But that's not what matters...the ratio matters, especially if MS are catering for native 4K (which we all know won't happen for all games).
Your math is complete and utter trash btw. The gap is just the same 40 something percent, just as with X1 and PS4...which I remember didn't matter much, according to some/certain/many people.
^^
Just like Barricade stated...both PS4 and X1S with 1TB are 349,-. I edited the original post to make this more clear.
Which is obvious since MS doesn't release official numbers anymore...especially if they're not for their liking.
It's gonna take another year or two until considerable amounts of real 4K media will be available. I live in one of the most modern western countries (Germany) and most TV channels just switched to HD, let alone 4K. It's gonna take some more years especially since true 4K production still is quite expensive and the Data which needs to be worked with is huge in comparison to FullHD.
That doesn't change my statement is true.
I agree...the characters were just as douche, just younger.
Great to know there are considerable enhancements on PSPro. (Lighting/better SSAO, detail/drawing distance, higher resolution, better texture filtering)
I would as well add Gamersyde for pure quality videos and no BS.
While I generally agree on your statement YouTube quality is truly shit, the compression they use sucks badly. Luckily there are other sites with great streaming quality like Gamersyde!
It mostly comes down to the codexes/compression methods used as well as their player. It's the same with Audio streaming sadly. Strangely the most popular sites like Spotify or SoundCloud use really bad compression, even in subscriber mode. But even here are much better options with loss...
Who cares for 144Hz with a JRPG?! I sure don't.
I liked the graphics but story and characters were forgettable at best.
I agree they could do more with the lore though. Ancient Rome is an interesting era.
As long as there are reviews with 8s and even 9s I'm not put off yet...that price is a hurdle though.
Sure you do...
