That's the problem. They wouldn't sync. the lights would show that they're charging, but they wouldn't connect to the PS3.

The PS3 controller is the faultiest pile of crap i've ever used. The L2/R2 buttons get jammed too easily. The plastic feels cheap, and I plugged two into computers, neither work on PS3 anymore. I left another one unused for a few months, doesn't work anymore. Not to mention random things like joysticks doing things that you aren't. I've gone through 8 PS3 controllers, none of them were physically broken.
Not sure about the 360's, but at least the plastic ...

Good point. Why would you need 32GB of storage if its just for save game files since the game install files could just be re-downloaded off PSN if needed.
