Ghost Recon Wildlands, Tomb Raider games, Far Cry 5, pretty much any shooter but BF5 especially if running a nice RTX card which enables ray tracing, something that current consoles can't touch and might not even make it into next gen consoles. But very few games will you find that don't offer better detail and resolution options than the console versions. Just about any game will look better on PC due to the higher resolutions available, and potentially can run better depending on the hardware. I run a fairly old spec PC, i7 4790K, 16 GB Ram and a GTX 1070Ti and I can run games at 1080p better than any console with frame rates well above 100 FPS with higher detail and effects settings than what consoles have access to. In the end it's subjective what looks or runs "better", but factually a PC with the right specs can run more, ...
The Creation Engine is nothing more than a modified Gamebryo engine, which originally released in 1997. I don't care if they license another, more modern, game engine or if they create a new one from scratch, the old one is dead, gone, over, done.
Of course The verge doesn't have time to play games, they are too busy making incompetent PC building videos and then copyright striking every YouTuber who very rightly made fun of their idiocy.
Most people I know build a PC and don't really do much with it for 5 years or so. Take those 5 years worth of $35 a month payments, plus the $120 for the "box" and you will have spent $2,200 over that 5 years and could have just built a very nice PC or settled for less performance for a lot less cash. Doesn't seem worth it when you consider all the drawbacks to having a "cloud" computer.

Pretty much like 90% of the other games with guns as loot. Nah, I got banned from their forum years ago for telling people to stop whining about their favorite Warfame or weapon getting nerfed. Perhaps a bit ironic. I wasn't actually banned, but I refused to acknowledge the warning on my account by the smart ass of a moderator that warned me so I can't post anymore and I don't miss it now that the community is so toxic now. I'll come back when Railjack releases. Right now it's just more of the same content, rehashed and repeated ad nauseam. I've been playing since launch and it just gets old after a couple years and some of the changes they have made in the last couple years have not been improvements in my opinion. Still a terrific game for new players, but these days that seems like all they care about with pretty much nothing for overpowered veterans to do except drag through low level content....
Other than the initial purchase of the game, please explain how the loot makes EA money. Especially considering how all the purchasable items are cosmetics and the game updates are free. Even the crafting materials can't be bought with real money.

You are obviously oblivious to Djk1ng's extensive history of posting this sort of thing in every thread about sales, regardless of the focus of the topic. Looking at the figures he posted and the ones above related to Japan, it seems he is not talking about just Japan either. So maybe you need to sit down and let the adults talk here.
His comments are misleading to many. Switch might "catch up" to PS4 monthly sales, but it has a long, long way to go to match total worldwide sales of the PS4. Currently they are about 60 million behind. Granted the PS4 is waning and the Switch is still reasonably "new", but it's still a long way to go.

I think a lot may depend on what version you are playing. PC does seem to have a lot more issues than the PS4 version I am playing. Angry Joe is playing on PC and if you look at his footage, the vast majority of his gameplay and complaints are based off the "early access" time before the "day one patch". To me, there are two huge problems with Anthem. The number and length of loading screens and the ridiculous "downtime" between many story missions while everyone in your party goes through all the "conversations". Other than those two points, my friends and I are having a lot of fun with the game. Hopefully the loading times can be reduced with patches, but the number of them and the downtime I think we are stuck with.
