Well, now in summer, my ps4 fan only makes noise when playing games while trying to go through the OS menu for trophies/browser etc. Within the game, and having sound on I don't notice. Youtube/movies/browser and all other things like that don't make noise at all. PS4 is in half open television furniture next to decoder.
Battle of Jakku will be free luckily but I doubt the rest will be as well :/
Hopefully they won't have a big DLC policy but just provide a couple of maps for free and release one big expansion, maybe tied with the Rogue One movie release in 2016.
This way you can have a good game supported for 12 months and played for 18 - 24 months extensively until a sequel or other game pops up
I hope it is a 20 euro game with 5 big maps or so, more or less in the same way like BF 1943
I still don't get why a lot of people are complaining. Big companies are also allowed to kickstart projects.
Arkham Knight is advertised as a PS4 exclusive here in Brussels with hundreds of Batman/PS4 banners and billboards and some cool commercials. Same way of advertising like Destiny and I remember how that sold a lot of PS4 systems.
With Batman, J-Stars, BlazBlue in June. God of War 3 and F1 2015 in July. Everybody Gone to the Rapture, Until Dawn, One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 and Madden in August the summer months won't be facing any drought. And don't forget what is comi...
C'mon, with a Metacritic rating of 91 it seems like Gamespot is overreacting
Modern Warfare 2 - 28m+
Black Ops - 32m+
Modern Warfare 3 - 31m+
Black Ops II - 30m+
Ghosts - 25m+
Advanced Warfare - 20m
With these kind of numbers and with the Black Ops series most popular I guess Call of Duty sales will increase again. And with the CoD pricepoints 20m is still a big success. Doesn't look like dying to me but it's slowing down.
It's playable at E3 and that's where these hands on previews come from. So that is gameplay and most people that have played found it a blast to play
Maybe they'll have very long credits :p
If this sells well we can expect more remakes of their classics and perhaps a direct sequel Final Fantasy 7-2 (as I thought that was also rumored)
And with PS4 momentum guess who'll also be getting the western game down the line
BC was a good announcement and I loved HoloLens. But other than that, looking at what they have to offer this year it is only the expected. So just a normal conference without anything special.
If it already looks like this, and the realtime gameplay is already a blast without much issues, see link from #1.1.2, then imagine how the game is going to be when it releases in 2016!
Yes, I just watched the gameplay and it definitely looks like a Pixar movie. The great thing is that the gameplay looks a lot of fun combining the best elements from the previous games. The current real state (not in-engine but real gameplay) is just amazing and the game isn't releasing for another 8 - 9 months!
Just code a tiny bit more and let split-screen run at 30 fps. I think it would be even possible at 60fps because of the lower resolution and lower res assets.
In Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3 they had didn't sacrifice much on fps but on some graphical effects.
Hope for real that a Warhawk 2 comes on PS4 with 4 player couch split-screen online. Would be a blast.
So Sony couldn't wait a week because they have probably more to showcase I guess
I would like to see more than one manufacturer. But if we have a Nissan GT-R, Nissan Skyline, Nissan 370Z and maybe something like a race verion of the Juke then it'll be good for a pack. But prefer more obviously
4 million in 2 weeks meaning already profit for the publishers as they usually receive around 50% per copy (if they have paid the development cost/fund the game). Even if we take an average price of 40 dollars per copy (and that is low considering 70% of the sales is on console with an average price of 60 dollars).
If all these rumors tend to true, are they still surprises? :p
And worldwide all the months will probably be for Sony (maybe October will be close)
