My hope is that they get the tech right, and have more powerful console without the disc drive for $400. that way they could squeeze a little more hardware into the case without sacrificing the price price point. Then the second SKU for $500 has a UHD Blu-Ray drive, larger or faster HDD and maybe some other bells and whistles. I would gladly pay for the upgrade.
Even if they would just straight port Demon's Souls to the PS4, I would be incredibly happy. Any extras or enhancements would be appreciated though. A sequel would be incredible, I'll keep hoping for that and Bloodborne II.
That's not even mentioning the built in wifi, and internal HDD, and it had built in HDMI and optical out.
The PS3 was expensive though, but it was a hell of a machine for it's time.
Sad to admit that I bought the deluxe version of this game to get Far Cry 3. I Haven't finished the campaign, haven't even started the DLC or FC3. Far Cry 5 was just a disappointing turd in my opinion.
Too late. Hollow Knight stole the prize and ran away.
There's rumors of Google looking to acquire real developers, l have my doubts that any of this will pan out for them, even if it sucks, we still have our current consoles. I'm definitely interested to see what they've got, but if its some mobile garbage they will have some problems.
Tennocon? I had no idea Warframe had their own conference.
They took a survey, and 18% of users had cracks in the plastic. It's possible you're part of the 82% without cracks, but that doesn't mean these people are liars.
No cracks on mine. My main gripe is the coating on the joycons. The finish is wearing to a polish wherever they get a lot of hand contact. Its just cosmetic though, so it's not a big deal.
Talk about jumping to conclusions... This isn't the first case of disgruntled employees taking to the internet, and it surely doesn't mean automatic studio closure. Hopefully these people get to keep their jobs, and things aren't as bad as these "journos" are insinuating.
I don't agree with the article itself, but it is their job to cover things like this.
Crash spins counter-clockwise in the Southern hemisphere. Facts
Same here, stood in line on 9-9-99 with a friend to pick up our new systems. I'll definitely give them a shot now since I missed them back in the day.
Yakuza 1-6 are exclusive to PS, I doubt there's any animosity. They knew the PS2 was coming anyway, not like Sony was going to bow out to give the Dreamcast its time to shine. It kinda puzzled me at the time why they buckled so quickly, they must've been under financial constraints to begin with.
Same here, I remember picking my Dreamcast up on 9-9-99. I saw a bunch of magazine coverage on Shenmue at the time, but never got it. I wonder what would happen if Sega were to throw their hat in the ring one more time? It would be cool, but it'll probably never happen.
I doubt it. All the Yakuza games are PS exclusives.
I don't even know if they will have announced the next GTA before the next generation of consoles are out. We are looking a maybe 2 years for the consoles. The whole company is in full swing production for RDR2 right now, and say they start GTA later on this year, and the fact that they typically take 4 to 5 years to make... I don't know, I would love to see a GTA game make it out this generation, but i'm not holding my breath.
I really hope this is real! awesome.
He didn't say no one knows it exists, just that it's not what many fans want from the Fallout franchise.
Ori is great too, I just finished it immediately after Hollow knight. While Ori has some great emotional cutscenes, for me Hollow knight was a much more enjoyable game. The combat is absolutely incredible, and the nail biting boss fights combined with the massive rune system definitely puts it over the top for me. Ori just doesn't have as tight of movement controls, and the combat is super easy with a floating light orb that automatically shoots at the nearest enemy.
