That was from the demo build, it's probably been optimized for launch. I doubt they would announce this if it weren't true. I would still buy this game if it was 480i

Yeah, IGN was the place to be back in the day. Now its a bunch of tv and movie garbage, and not so good videos, just nothing left to hang around for. Plus most of their talent has left them.

Personally, I never use my real money in game. If we all do this, they will have to move on to the next predatory practice to separate us from our money.

What's so bad about this? DLC and MT's are garbage, aside from the big story expansions which i really like. These are more akin to the boxes you would get in Horizon, unless they end up changing the way you get them.
sounds like a lot of upcoming games will have these. I don't really mind as long as you can earn them easily like HZD.
I do wish you could keep dropped weapons this time. In the past you would drop them when you climb or switch weapons. The guy i got it from is dead, I doubt he will object.

I think the real story is that you can't play the cartridge without an additional download, that's dirty. Not everyone has broadband, that's what the cartridges are for. They should have opted for the 32gb cart since the game is nearly that size.
