the only thing i would be concerned about, and this is not so much about CHAMPIONS but all MMO on consoles. is what happens to the game when the new consoles come along? new content is nice, and encouraged. but when the current console is no longer supported... we all upgrade to the next gen console, and then have to buy champions 2 or whatever. and start again...

sh*t i must be the luckiest guy alive. I got my 360 feb. after the launch. i still have it. no problems what so ever. and until sept. when i went back to school it was on daily for hours. even now. its on quite alot. with movies playing or listening to music...

I bought a 360 add on when it first came out. King Kong included. i have been buying the hd movies up. at $10 thats pretty good. and the price will go down for the other ones, as time comes on, this summer, 4th of july sales, and holidays sales, the depts will want to make room for blu-ray. It might be a dead format. but i have a player, the movies look as good as blu-ray. might as well get in on the savings. if you have a hd players.
If not, i would suggest stick with blu-ray...

Vista, might have problems, employees might be struggling and quitting, but I have enough faith in Microsoft, that they will stick around, and release more product...
i think it will be some time, a couple generations of this before the price is at an acceptable videogame price point level. but the uses are endless. RTS, Puzzle, Board Games.

i say, it just needs to be re-invented. like they did with Metroid, and Retro Studios. Not specifically a FPS, but just a whole new design, while staying true to its roots. So Factor 5, definatly pops into mind.

It has been said that MS is a 3 version company. It takes three versions to get something right. I truly expect the next generation of Xbox to get close to perfection. Yes, there will be problems. every MS has problems, and there isnt a perfect anything out there. But it will be leaps and bounds better and head of the 360. Personally I think the next gen, will focus on downloads. with a bluray/dvd player, to watch movies, and play 360 games.

yeah this alternating schedule is something i suggested on here bour 4 months ago . . .
