Wow MS really continues support for released titles well into their lifetime.
Well it if its anything like the lite controller then its worth it.
Not a new gen as far as I know.
I thought the same thing.
Seemed to follow the pattern of the type.
Let NOT go through everyones history and actually enjoy games.
I would find scrolling through peoples comments quite tedious. Not to mention people love taking things out of context.
I highly doubt it. But with regards to the rest of your comment
"It seems you are suggesting that Sony pour in precious resources for the vocal 1.5% of the community that uses it rather than make new IPs?! And you think Sony is being ridiculous"
I never said any of that. Read the comment again. Its regarding whether or not BC is important. And it is.
Remasters would not be necessary if ps4 had BC. And gamers on ps4 would have a much larger librar...
Of course. If ps4 had it nobody would talk about it since both would be equal in that department.
@jukins
No. Xbox fans are happy they have a BC feature. If anything other fans are working hard to downplay it. Just look at the first comment in this article. Its not about praises.
@CPTN MITCHELL
Well if you believe this data then it must have some games since it seems they primarily play xbox one games.
@AspiringPro
Nobody is brag...
@saint_seya
So I see you totally ignored the comment I made and pretended I said something I didnt.
You are fake news sir.
Lets read it again "Both companies are good at shafting their player base.."
There you go.
Isn't that time spent....
I may have misunderstood it. But yes. Obviously Xbox one users spend more time playing new games contrary to many other peoples comments.
Doesn't mean it's suddenly useless... BC and forward compatibility is good for all gamers.
Yes most certainly.
Do you really think devs are that stupid that they didnt know it would be cracked???
What a low opinion of their intelligence you must have.
Well by that standard. If you get too many new games some of those "new" games will be old games by the time you get to them....soooo.
Very good point. Games nowadays are pretty dull in comparison to past years.
Hence why I dont understand the ps4 n4g base resistance to it.
It is a good thing.
@GamesMaster
assuming that by then you can find one at reasonable price. Games should be forward compatible. Stop the nonsense.
@Razzer
The likelihood of an xbox one breaking due to age is much lower then that of ps3. Common sense dude.
@ Razzer
Like I said. Some people seem fine with being shafted.
What happens when the ps3 dies?
Its not about sales. Its about being pro gamer and not shafting. Both companies are good at shafting their player base but it does seem that some think its fine.
Wow. I'm sorry.
Did I misread?
How many ps3 were sold?
Really...for people who never had a ps3? So. In other words..the sales for those titles are all...umm new players? Sorry no.
Sigh.
I remember when ubisoft did Rayman for the N64 and Prince of Perisa Sands of Time.
Those were good.
Why god of war remaster then? Why Crash remaster? Last of us remaster?
Uncharted remaster? Ratchet and Clank? The list can go on.
If people dont want to replay older titles why even bother?
Quantum, Forza, Gears, Recore and Halo wars 2
From last year till now. Not very different from other years so Im confused by your statement
"All he did was question it since it seems to be the foundation that MS has built itself on this past year with its lack of new games."
But with moldy on the BC stuff. It's a contradiction to the remasters, psnow service, and does not bode well for the next playstation if theyre gonna put BC beh...
