How much money are they pumping exactly?
You seem to know so much.

Unless you want to save money.
Good for you.

TL;DR
GET A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION

That couldve been said for always online.

Nobody is misinterpreting except you in this case.

Nobody said its utilized more then anything else except sony fans when making fun of xbox not having games.

1.5% dont actively use it. Where did you get that number. The previous chart was time spent not actively using.

3229d ago 9 agree4 disagreeView comment

Yes but most are against it for some reason. Honeslty cant believe how anyone would be against it or think its not a good thing.

PLay anywhere titles...RE7 for example is gamer friendly.
Including other gamers on pc into their games is gamer friendly.
Xbox games pass is a great new service.
Xbox BC is great and will become greater as we go into future generations and are still able to play older titles without paying more.

They're missing the new games part but we'll see this E3 what their focus is moving forward.

All in all i think they're m...

Sony closed some too.. Perhaps less marketing deals couldve helped maintain them...

3229d ago 6 agree25 disagreeView comment

I wouldnt say theyre out of touch. They are offering BC whereas the competition not only laughs at it but doesnt seem to want to put it in the future. Now THAT is out of touch.

While I agree that gamers tend to play new games over old games, as the chart obviously suggests, I do not its failing because gamers truly want "new" experiences.

If that were the case then it would seem every new COD is a completely awesome new kind of experience. Same with any other big title like the farcrys and gta's. Which therefore doesnt make sense when bringing up halo or gears which also tend to have new iterations every 3 or so years.

Im surprised you dont know.

When it comes to games. Id say neither since the devs make the games and they just manage.

In terms of customer service and features. Xbox.

Hence removed.
Your point?

3229d ago 1 agree7 disagreeView comment

Very true indeed.

3229d ago 0 agree3 disagreeView comment

Very true. Unfortunately you wont have deep important discussions in the comment section of any site.
Its all about the console war for them. They dont care for actual critical thought and imporvements...as long as, to them, their product is better then the competition they dont really care.

3229d ago 3 agree4 disagreeView comment

Um Well Halo wasn't any different. I can think of a few games that stopped receiving much support shortly after release.

@fazraza

That is the trend in fanboyism.
Only exclusives matter, only exclusives are good, etc.

Bunch of nonsense if you ask me.

@frostypants

Because the community is full of biased people.
There are many games that have started development in one generation and released the next.
It is a reality and it can happen. Reality does not care about platform preference and neither do facts.

3230d ago 7 agree17 disagreeView comment

We wont know until it releases.

3230d ago 1 agree7 disagreeView comment

Some people dont like certain genres. Some people dislike racers and sports games. I for one dont need to play a sports game to know if I wont like it.
By your standard I should buy every sports game that comes out to see if I like it...that makes no sense.

"It's 30 bucks, that is a coffee a day for a month, support indies to keep pushing this quality towards other indie companies "

Good graphics doesnt equal qaulity btw.

"If there was a drought of new IP games coming, I could see using BC as a crutch like some other console."
That is not the case with any console. New games are coming out all the time. BC is not a crutch. It is an addition. Both companies made the mistake of not inlcuding it at the start of this gen. It is a mistake not to have it. Not because of no games. Read Zarbors comment to get a clue.

@ Zarbor
Very good point regarding the BC in the future...

Simple. Dynamic scaling.
Obviously there will be a point when that wont be enough.

But to help you with the reading comprehension of his statement "no one gets left behind"
this is directed only towards the xbox one family of hardware. Obviously.
