The way Microsoft is positioning themselves, I really think that they will try & buy Netflix further down the line. Gamepass & Netflix as one thing would be one hell of a marketing advantage, Netflix could be the first of the Film streaming services to have all the big games.

I much prefer the Xbox Series S/X storage expansion. Its much simpler & there's no opening up the console.
It's only the price that spoils it.
If the 1tb & 2tb expansion cards for the Series Consoles were the same price as a regular ssd it would be the best system.

Sony putting the price up of the PS5 is nothing more than a cash grab.
They have done the maths & basically worked out they could perhaps build only 10 million PS5s from September 1st to January 2nd. They know they can't keep up with demand so know they'll sell them all. They know if they put the price up by £50 they still sell them all.

It would be a huge plus for Microsoft if they could drop the price of the Xbox Series X & S by say $50 at the same time Sony increases their price.
The free advertising on YouTube Channels etc would a huge boost to the Xbox Brand.

Wether it is right or wrong Microsoft is trying to out spend Sony. It is basically the exact same tactic Sony used against Sega when the Sega Saturn was being released & the same as when the Dreamcast came out. All companies do it if they have the money it's just Microsoft looks so bad as they have so much of it.
