Dam right Pablo, I am mainly buying X1 for the Kinect and the UI. I loved the original Kinect and had a great time with it even tho I know its looked down on, on this site.
I also love controller based games but Im open to anything a bit different, been a gamer too long and seen it all.
I defo want as many extra features as possible, half the ppl on this thread must be still on dumb phones by the sound of it...

As you seem to like that set up its good then that the X1 can do it, all in a more practical way and with the addition of voice and gesture commands.

Check out the X1s UI.
I can now play a game snap the game smaller and open youtube for guides to the game cheats maps etc etc.
I can now play a game while having soccer results on TV in the top corner or I can keep aware of what is happening in a snooker match.
I can now watch normal TV and if a friend comes online and wants to play me in a game they haven't got to phone me to turn my Xbox on it will come right up on the screen.

I really care if my console has a YouTube app, if it helps me watch TV, I don't want yet another console with just improved graphics I want a entertainment centre that does lots of things, just gaming is to 1980s, things have moved on, way on.
I need to know what Kinect features are in Forza 5.
Just wondering if the head tracking is in the game like on Forza 4.
I loved that feature, plus walking around the cars was great.

Play golf with kinect, a controller cant touch it. Kinect Sports golf or Tiger Woods golf.
My Kinect 1 worked great i had great fun with it too.
Voice commands gestures on the PS4. You need a camera for that and you don't get one standard with a PS4.
PS4 doesn't have hdmi input either so explain to me how its going to do the tv stuff. How am i going to know who's ringing me on Skype while i am watching Family Guy?

This is where I CAN say the X1 is more powerful than the PS4 and looks more powerful too.
Specs can mean a lot of things...

Iceman your comment sucks. X1 isn't a weaker system, PS4 has slightly better specs but what else makes it so great.
Its what I prefer that counts for me, I'm looking forward to all the Kinect stuff the Kinect games and using the X1 with Kinect.
I have read plenty about the PS4 and the X1 and still my choice is Microsofts offering. To me the X1 seems to do a lot more and has loads more potential down the line by having Kinect and hdmi in as standard.

The first PS3 games looked awful so did the first 360 games.
Why is it suddenly different this time.
The X1 is the console for me as it has way more features that I am interested in.

Enjoy your wait for a Kinectless X1, check out the videos of the X1 UI, Kinect makes it all work. It comes with Kinect and I am glad it does.
