Hmm, I dunno about FF13 to be honest.
Most multipatform games sell better on 360 and even some big games (like GTA and Devil May Cry) which were known to be Playstation games sold better.
But, I'm gonna bet that it will sell more on the PS3 mainly because I know too many people who mainly got a PS3 for Final Fantasy XIII. And since FF7, FF games were known to be exclusive to Playstation.
